This is definitely one of the best Petite Sirah’s I have ever tasted. It was recommended that the wine be decanted and allowed to breath for about 3, but I was not that patient. I did decant and wait about two hours. The wait was worth it. This inky blue/purple wine is packed with flavor. Robust and powerful with hints of blueberries, blackberries, and spice, the mouth feel is silky and sensuous. I can’t wait to open another bottle at Christmas to share with family and friends.

Great writeup, thanks! Sounds like your enjoyed your Petite Sirah more than I enjoyed mine.
